About

In 1963 Sergio Leone fled into the Spanish desert with $200,000, a young Clint Eastwood, a small crew and a dream. He had rejected the Italian industry formula, deciding instead to bootstrap a passion project and portray the iconic American West.

Leone’s boldness changed the landscape–paving the way for scores of other storytellers. 10 years and 500 films later the Western All’Italiana is known and loved by audiences everywhere.

Spaghetti Western Imports emerged from a similar disillusionment with standard operating procedures. After years working in the industry, I found myself wishing some things were done differently. So I saddled up and set off for my own Spanish desert.

Some stories need to be told differently. Spaghetti Western Imports exists to represent the trailblazers that don’t fit the mold.
